About me
I am a 25 year old sales consultant with a Fortune 500 company I?ve been with for 3 years! I love to cook, read, & spend time with friends. I obtained my BS from Cornell University, & strive to obtain my MBA within the next 5 years. My dream is to become the marketing executive of the company I work for now.

What is this loan for?
$6000

$1500 ? Kaplan GMAT prep course, class starts on 2/11

$250 ? cost for the GMAT

$4200 ? CC debt at 16.5% interest (I have a $7000 balance ? partly due to my move to Boston at the beginning of this year, my trip to the ER due to a kidney infection several months ago, subsequent doctor?s visits, prescriptions, & the like ? which I hope to get a tax deduction for! This is what has impacted my credit score ? before my charges, I was a grade ?B?). I do have health insurance from my company, but it only covered so much.

My income

My 07 income was $45,000. I am in sales with commission, so this was a total of my base salary with a monthly bonus for my car ($400/month), & my first year?s worth of commissions. I have the ability to double & triple this amount ? which I find myself well qualified to do! My sales manager estimates my 2008 income to be about $65,000 this year.

My expenses
I plan to pay off the loan as soon as possible. My monthly gross income is averaged at $3000. This is based on how well I do at sales every month ? my monthly net commission can range from anywhere from $1500 - $3000. I?ve been doing very well lately, & have been a top performer for the Northeast since Nov.

Monthly expenses:
Rent: $500 (I share an apt right outside Boston)
Heating/Gas: $100
Electric: $60
Internet: $30
Groceries: $300
Student Loans: $450
Previous Prosper Loan (Monthly automatic debit): $330
Total: $1770

My company pays for my cell phone bill, my dad has been kind enough to shoulder my car payments for the year, & I tend to put about $500 - $800 a month toward my credit card debt.

I have looked at my budget for the rest of the year, & I am determined to pay back the entirety of my credit card debt & this loan by 11/08. I originally did not want to take out a loan, but my last Prosper loan helped me so much in paying back a high interest loan I had to help my mother pay her mortgage. And I really wanted to start my GMAT classes now to prepare my applications for the Fall of '09. My ambition is to go to Harvard for a marketing MBA, but I am applying to a wide range of business schools. I plan to work full time & study part time, & strive to have my MBA by 2012!
