Hi,
I am trying to clean up my credit. I had some bad times a few years ago which resulted in me going from a A-B credit rating to a D. Currently my gross annual salary is in excess of 100k, and I receive VA benefits as well, so I have the ability to pay a loan, unfortunately, my credit has resulted in me not being able to get the funding to clean up the past. I have borrowed some money from my 401k and settled with a few of my old debters, but currently still have about $15,000 in accounts with old debters that I believe I can settle with. I have a very secure job, own a home and I am making every effort to clear up my past. Therefore, I believe I would be an excellent candidate for approval.
