Purpose of loan: This is My 2nd loan I have paid the previous loan in full. Thank you for all of those who helped fund my last loan. The purpose of the loan is to invest in real estate, currently the foreclosure market is booming and is full of opportunities with those who know how to take advantage of a slow market and problems with the subprime sector. I buy houses from the lender at discounted prices as low as 50% of the fair market price. With the current conditions the market for the foreclosure has grown rapidly and in order to take advantage of this opportunity I need this loan to fix another property I just bought and will be fixing to sell. Since I buy properties at below market value, the risk is very low with great returns! My financial situation: Financially I'm stable, the reason for this loan is to be able to fix properties with a great amount of equities. This money will strictly be used for that purpose. A: The reason for this is because I have added mortgages as I bought the 2 last properties under my name. Q: Why are they so many inquiries in your credit in the last 6 months? A: The reason for that again is because when I applied for the mortgages for the last 2 properties I purchased the lender checked my credit. Q: Are you going to be able to pay this loan? A: As you could see I paid my last loan in 6 months and had no late payments, also I currently paid off my car and don't have any more car payments and plan on keeping it like this for a long time.
