***Reliable payer!! Check my credit report for the last 4 years and also my first loan on prosper has always been paid on time ***Reduction in Credit grade from "C" to "D" is not reflective. The reason it dropped is because of a 93% 'bankcard utilization' as you can see on my profile. We had our furnace go out and also the garage door so it required some emergency charges on the credit cards. Since I have graduated school and joined the real world I haven't missed any payments (mortgage-3+years), (credit cards-3 years) and any other utilities, previous prosper loans, etc.)**The (1) delinquency is from a student loan through MSUFC (Michigan State Federal Credit Union) that has a $109 that was paid about 5 years ago. For whatever reason the credit bureaus are not the best at updating their reports. I do have proof of this payment. I am a 28 year old married father 1 1/2 year old beautiful baby girl. . I graduated from a Big Ten school and have been employed with the same employer since then (approaching five years). I am currently pursuing my mba at night and I am about 3/4 way done. I really want to finish asap and not have to skip any semesters. My wife and I have credit cards that we want to consolidate as well. That?s where you can help. I know my credit score isn?t the best. When I was working towards my bachelors degree I was immature and I abused my credit cards. However, I have grown up since then and I haven?t missed/been delinquent on my mortgage payment (approximately 3 years) my credit cards (just over three years) and any other payments. There is (1) delinquent that shows up on my credit report that was paid almost four years ago through MSUFC and it's for $109. I have the zero balance but the credit reporting agencies are not the most thorough no matter how many times you re-send them your paid in full letter. Aprox. Monthly Income after taxes ($5,400). I don?t have a car/insurance/gas payment because my employer provides that as a benefit. Mortgage/Escrow: 1,490 Spouse Car pymt: 275 Spouse car insurance: 120 Internet/Cable/Phone: 200 Gas/Electric: 250 My credit card: 375 Wife?s credit card: 275 Misc (formula, diapers, food): 300Prosper: approx. 260 Est Monthly Expenses: 3,500 Thank you for considering |
