Purpose of loan: I want to fully fund my SEP IRA. My company does not have a 401K and as such a SEP-IRA is an excellent option. Particularly I would like to make sure that I fully fund the SEP IRA for the pretax benefits. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because I am a highly paid highly successful software executive/engineer. I believe my credit profile speaks for itself. I am a Prosper Lender, I also run RateLadder, P2P No Bank, and ProProsper. The bankcard utilization is high due to an open and used HELOC taken out at the time of the mortgage. My mortgage is a great fixed rate. I am a big believer in p2p lending. I will fully pay this loan. One of my pet peeves as a lender is the "no risk" claim and as such I will not make such a claim myself. However, I believe this loan is very low risk and the lenders will be rewarded for their faith. I pay my debt in order based on highest interest rate first. |
