Get a GREAT return on your money. I pay my bills on time.
?Respect for self; Respect for others; and Responsibility for all your actions."

Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to finish electrical upgrades to Open my Day Spa. I have all the equipment paid for in cash. All renovations on commercial space paid and in progress. It is an older building and I need another 3,400 for electricians to upgrade all the wiring in the building space and attach a 200 amp service on the back of the building. This is a city requirement. I have exhausted my savings with all the equipment and construction.  http://www.outbackisland.com

My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because? I am a responsible business woman with 30 yrs. of successful business experience. I have a great job I have been at for 8 years with a good income. I pay my bills on time. My Credit scored are 632 and going up. I will also be getting an additional sum in Feb. for Military retirement pay.  I am stable, ethical and will use my successes to re invest in prosper.

I am not sure why I am listed here as HR as my credit scores do not reflect that. They are 620's. The only blurb on my past credit is the bankruptcy in 2007 to get rid of my ex husbands exhorbitant debt. I could not repair my credit without it.

Investment Return: The Day spa will gross ( on a bad yr. ) 335,000 for 2008 ( soon as I get the doors open) and net 260K. This will allow for expansion and marketing growth. I am on my way to financial freedom and have worked hard to get here. I pay my debts on time and hope there are prosper lenders that will have enough insight to lend me what I need.

Questions & Answers
I have saved another 1K from two payperiods so requesting lower amount on the loan.
Q: The difference between you stated income and expenses is ~$3000/month. Seems odd that if that were the case you would need to borrow $4800. What happened to that extra $3000 from last month and this month? That?s $4,800 right there. -mcsquared
A: True. I am also paying rent and utilities on the building come to about 2,000 month that I am already paying and everything extra went to buy equipment and do construction. I wanted to open with no debt. The Electrical upgrade was Totally Unexpected. Otherwise I would have been open already. I think if I open only owing 4,800 that?s a good beginning. but every month I am not open it is costing me money. Hope that answered your question. Thanks (Jan-10-2008) 1 question & answer
