Relisted for 6500 down from 8000. Soo Close last time and I thank all who bid last time. Your support is appreciated. I can still do a lot with 6500 to better my situation and that of my family. Thank you. Purpose of loan: Finish paying down the rest of my credit cards and bring my utilization to 1-5% aggregate My financial situation: I am a Career Senior Non Commissioned Officer in the U.S. Army for just under 22 years at the moment. My listed 76.3k annual income does not account for the fact that i just got a 250 per month raise on 1 Jan bringing my income to just under 80k a year. I get payed no matter what. On Vacation, Sick, At Work, On Pass...I get paid, period. I am a Career Counselor for the Army and help retain Soldiers on Active Duty or help them transition to civilian life or service in the Reserve Components. My position is very highly scrutinized and absolutely can not afford to have financial issues or bad credit. I therefore never fail to pay my bills and never pay minimums. Also, my wifes income is not listed with mine, but she also brings in just under 36k a year. I live in military housing and do not pay any water, trash, sewar, electric or gas bill each month. Monthly net income: $ 5700 Monthly expenses: $ Housing: $ 2029 Insurance: $ 87 Car expenses: $ 1086 (2 cars) Utilities: $ 0 Phone, cable, internet: $ 69 package Food, entertainment: $ 300 Clothing, household expenses $ 150 Credit cards and other loans: $ 368 Other expenses: $ 0 Questions and Answers from First Listing: Q: What debts (and the interest rates) do you intend to pay off? Thanks. -tuxedo76 A: My daughter and I both got braces this year, her at 16 and me finally at 39. It was a necessity because of jaw issues and such. I will be paying off those braces, approx 3900. Finance those for 28.99 short term financing because military tricare dental program only covered 1500 for my daugter and 0 for me as the service member. I will be paying off 3 diff credit cards totalling roughly 4000. This will lower my CC utilization and free around 100 net in cash flow. Raising my FICO. (Jan-19-2008) Q: Are you in the process of having your bank account verified? If so, do you expect this process to be completed before the end of the listing? -AMTK54 A: Yes, I tried to do the instant verification and it failed for some reason so I proceeded to do the Alternate one. It says 1-2 business days and the listing has over 3 so I believe it will finish in time. Thanks, (Jan-20-2008) Q: What rates are you paying on the cards? -MsTabbyKats A: Between 23-27.99 on the revolving I'm aiming to pay down. The short term medical loan for braces on my daughter and I is a crazy 28.9 APR. Basically the highest APR they can charge Soldiers at the moment. When I took out the loan, and got most of my CCs, my credit was poor. I have cleaned it up considerably. I did/do not have any delinquents, it was basically just my overall utilization, DTI and time accounts established that I have worked on to raise my score so much. Thanks for you time (Jan-23-2008) Q: Hello, If you do not fund re-list for a lesser amount and I will bid again. Take care! -MoneyMaker23 A: Will do, thanks for your support. (Jan-23-2008) |
