First of all I want to thank everyone who made my last loan possible...so THANK YOU! Well, my condo finally sold! Yay! Unfortunately, because of the seedy dealings of my "used-to-be-next-door-neighbor", all of the funds from the sale are sitting in escrow until the lawyers get through with her. Without going into the gory details, suffice it to say that she is being evicted, fired, and served. The loan is for $1000. This will help me to pay next months rent and survive until the escrow funds are released. Please keep in mind that I have never missed a payment on the other loan. Here is the financial information...not much has changed here.
