Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to pay off a couple high interest loans I had to take for car repairs. I tried to put off the repairs and take public transportation to work, but it made for a very long day (6:30 am - 7:00 pm) and reduced the time I had with my grandchild that I support and lives with me. Also it made it difficult to grocery shop, go to dr. appts, etc. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because while my credit score is poor, many of the negative items will come off my report this year. These negative items are due to a bad divorce that left me financially devastated. I have never missed a Prosper payment and my car loan will be paid off this month, giving me additional income to re-pay this loan. I kust need a chance to start 2008 on a positive note.
