Purpose of loan: This loan will be used for working capital for a family style restaurant we recently opened in Branson, MO. Branson is a tourist area, with the busiest season being between March and Dec. We are seeking some addition seed money to supplement our cash flow until the new season kicks off in March. My husband and I have lived here over 10 years and know how the system works. We need the capital to just get over the hump. My financial situation: Our financial situation is based on two business incomes within our company. One being the restaurant. It is newly opened and averaging $16,700.00 a month. We are anticipating an increase of $20,000.00 plus when the season hits. We do not see a problem with the restaurant making the payment. We also have a backup plan with our other business in town. My husband runs a retail/gift shop. He has had this operation for 13 years plus with a huge return base business year after year. His business brings in twenty thousand plus per month as well. Branson averages over 5 million tourist a year and anticipating another 2 million this year alone. The restaurant will be reimbursing me for the Prosper loan payments. The debt/income ratio is incorrect in the Prosper does not allow me to report the business income. Because it?s the off season in Branson, and the business is new, I am currently not paying myself from the restaurant business. The delinquency which shows on my credit stems from a medical bill in dispute with the insurance company. I anticipate that this will be cleaned up soon. Monthly net income: $ Only From Husband (other retail business): $7,500.00 Monthly expenses: $ Housing: $ 510.00 Insurance: $ 150.00 Car expenses: $ 400.00 Utilities: $ 255.00 Phone, cable, internet: $ 200.00 Food, entertainment: $ 600.00 Clothing, household expenses $ 300.00 Credit cards and other loans: $ 400.00 Other expenses: $ 200.00 |
