First, I want to say Thank You to those of you who have bid on my previous postings... I do appreciate your helping to give me the opportunity to prove myself. Every posting, I have gotten a little bit closer, and I can't give up! Purpose of loan: I am requesting this loan so that I can buy a new (used) car. My transmission went out on my old car, and it is not worth putting that kind of money back into it. I need a dependable car to get back & forth to work. My Financial Situation: I have been a single mom for a long time, and have made some bad financial decisions in the past. My daughters have moved out and gone on their own, so in August, I was able to move into a great little affordable house. I am now in a position where I can start working on cleaning up my credit. Since August 31st, I have paid off 4 debtors that were on my report, and 1 that was so old, it wasn?t even on my report anymore. These are about $2000. I also have some past Wage Garnishments on my Credit Report, but these are old, and have also been paid. (I believe the dates are ?03 & ?04). I know it doesn?t look good, but I am a hardworking woman, who loves her girls more than anything, and I will do what it takes to keep things in our lives on track. I need a car to get to work, and I am able to make these loan payments on time, every month. If anyone is interested, I have copies of pay-stubs & pay-off letters for your viewing. (And my lease.) Because I have dogs, I have been making monthly $100.00 payments on a 3RD Security Deposit that my Landlord requested.)
