Greetings. This is a relist of a second Prosper loan request. Due to me being an HR at the moment (see below), the loan goals are reduced. I transitioned jobs a few months back at the same time that I moved, and would like to build in a buffer. In approximately a year, I plan to pay off my other Prosper loan and this one. I have had a perfect repayment history of my active Prosper loan, along with all my other obligations. I do not have any negatives on my credit reports, and the only reason I am an HR is that, at the moment, my credit cards are nearly maxed out due to home remodeling costs for a friend. My plan in 2008 is to aggressively reduce the balances on my credit cards down to at least 30% utilization. I've been a software developer for over 17 years. I started a job a few months ago as a senior software engineer focusing on business intelligence with an internet search company (Connexus) where I am making $90k base plus a guaranteed minimum 10% annual bonus paid quarterly, in a role with rapidly increasing roles and responsibilities. Monthly expenses are: $1600 apartment rent, $800 auto loan, $185 auto insurance, and miscellaneous expenses. I net over $5400 monthly. Thanks for the consideration! |
