I am freeing myself from debt so I can go back to school and study foreign languages to work with international students. I am a very responsible person who had a rough year being out of work for 5 months due to my boss' financial situation. I also had a substantial amount of medical bills due to an MS scare I had a few months ago. I had insurance but some MRIs are just not covered. I have been able to make the payments on my credit cards without any problem except that the high interest rate would put me in debt for 5 years instead of the 3 or in my case, 1 year out of debt that I would like to achieve. In getting out of debt and going back to school to further my education, I can "earn more, save more, and give more" as one pastor quoted John Wesley. |
