-REASON FOR LOAN-
I would like to borrow $17,000 to have placed into my bank account for a few months. This loan will be used to show reserves to enable me to qualify for a better mortgage through Wells Fargo.
-ABOUT ME-
I am a 26-year-old father of two who has worked for the U.S. Coast Guard for the past seven years. I am honest, hard working, and very responsible with my money (as you can tell from my credit profile). I have been happily married to the mother of my children for the past seven years.
-ACCOUNTABILITY FOR REPAYMENT-
The fact that I work for the US military should speak for itself, for I am required by the UCMJ to maintain all my debts (and I do!). I have great credit with a score over 760, and I plan to keep it that way so that I can receive the best interest rates for leveraging my money for investments. I am also a member of my friend's group with Prosper. He is personally investing money into this loan, and I plan on making sure my friend and who ever else lends the money to me gets it all back plus interest.
-ABOUT MY CREDIT PROFILE-
My debt to income went up for requesting this loan due to the fact that I only stated my earned income and not my other sources of money; however, my debt to income ratio is still very low. In 2003, I ran into a problem with the financing department for Dell computers (don't ever use their financing!). I have been in dispute with them ever since that time for improperly reporting a couple of my payments as late and subsequently negatively impacting my credit. This account, however, is the only account on my credit report showing any late payments and it is from three years ago. |
