Our company is in the process of becoming publicly trading reporting company. We need to complete an audit for the last two years. We are looking for $7,500 for the audit and working capital. We have already been assigned a trading symbol. We will be trading on the OTCBB and Frankfurt Stock Exchange then 6 months later NASDAQ Small Caps. We have an investor relations firm which will provide investor awareness. We have a legal firm to prepare the registration statement. We have a brokerage firm, which will sell our stock. The company had small profits in 2004 and a great business to business software package for medium businesses. The company has already established sales channels. We can easily pay back the loan with the proceeds from the sale of stock. Because Prosper provides a faster closing period and we are happy to be part of a community of fellow entrepreneurs and investors; we can pay a higher interest rate. |
