Purpose of loan: I put a hunk of my wedding on credit cards. I understand it wasn't the most responsible thing to do. I am currently on a 2 year plan to be debt free. I would like to consolidate on Prosper in order to have one payment instead of 6. I'm starting my loan out at 17% since this is lower than my credit debt. I currently have another prosper loan at 15% which I have paid over half of. Since my credit grade dropped due to utilization, I've lowered my rate. My financial situation: I have a good paying job ($65K a year plus bonus). I currently pay $675 per month on my credit cards and another $278 on my 1st prosper loan. I filed bankruptcy over 4 years ago and have not been late on any payments for anything since then. I take pride on being on time. I am a group leader and do have one late payment showing against my group. I have tried contacting the person several times not only because I am a group leader but also because I bid on the listing. I have about $500 currently loaned out. Monthly net income: $ 3542 Monthly expenses: $ Housing: $ 700 Utilities: $ 150 Phone, cable, internet: $ 50 Food, entertainment: $ 300 Clothing, household expenses $ 100 Credit cards and other loans: $ 580 (I actually spend more than this, but this is my minimum and will go down with this loan) Other expenses: $ 500 Let me know if you have any questions. |
