Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to pay off debt and hopefuly raise my credit rating. We got into a situation with our home and refinanced with someone who did not do things right. Anyway, he bounce a $5000 check that he owed us for months and our 30yr fixed rate he was suppose to get us turned into a 2 yr. At that point he had refinanced us once to get our credit rating up and we were at a 10% rate for 3 months. We took the deal but our rate will start climbing next year so we need to get it fixed. We also had to take our one of those "Cash Call" Loans during all of this and that we desperatly need to get paid off. We only filed bankruptcy to save our home. My husband was injured badly and it took forever to get any payments started for him. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because I do pay back my debts. We even filed a chapter 13 bk so that we could pay the creditors. Some of the remaining ones got paid off through the refi. Our income is very stable now. My husband recieves Social Security and is permantly disabled. I have been employed with our local county government for over 20 years. I also have a disability plan, so that in the unfortunat case senario that I become disabled, My income will continue for 2 years. Monthly net income: $ 2286.74 (figured 26 bi-weekly pay periods divided by 12 for monthly) Husband $836 monthly, my kiddos receive income as well from social security to help with there expenses. I will also be getting a raise of $100 per month in July. Monthly expenses: $ Housing: $ 1327 Insurance: $ Car expenses: $ 300 Utilities: $ 150 Phone, cable, internet: $ 110 Food, entertainment: $ 300 Clothing, household expenses $ 50 Credit cards and other loans: $ 266 Other expenses: $ NOTE: THE CREDIT CARDS AND OTHER LOANS INCLUDED THE CASH CALL LOAN WHICH IS $216 A MONTH. That will be paid off with this loan. Thank you |
