Purpose of loan:

This loan will be used for business start-up expenses. I have used Prosper in the past and had a great experience with it. My previous loan was used for the purpose of consolidating debt and has been completely paid off on time and without incident.

I recently purchased property that I will be using as a training facility. I am a police officer with a long history as a chief firearms instructor and full-time SWAT team member of a large urban police force. In recent years I have started to contract privately as a firearms and tactics instructor for companies such as

and as of last year have been moving towards obtaining my own facilities so that I may go into business for myself. I am now halfway towards realizing that goal.

My financial situation:

Making the payments on this loan will be very manageable since I have three sources of reliable income: full-time job, teaching contracts with various local agencies and rental property income (and there is also my wife?s income). I also take my financial responsibilities very seriously since I firmly believe all of my actions are a reflection on my character. I would be happy to answer further questions you may have.
