About Me: I am 29 years old, engaged for 2 years, 3 children ages 6, 3 and 9months. I have been with my current employer for 3 years. Explanation of Bad Credit: I have always been responsible with my finances but 1 year ago my credit scores slipped to 620 because My fiancee and I had a baby and I had to use some credit to pay for bills as she didnt get any disability as she is self employed. I have 0 delinquencies/public records because I have always paid Bills on time and more than the minimum. But things have improved since November because I paid off a GE Money Bank Card with a balance of 3400 and a Bank loan of $1500.00 with a bonus check my fiancee recieved and also removed a item on my credit report that was found not to be mine. My DTI (debt to income ratio) is high because of being almost maxed on my cards. I'm asking for a chance to prove myself and to get my credit scores up to where they should be. Making my payments on time will be my top priority each month, I sincerely promise you that and as you can see from my financial details, I will have the money to do it. What I will Do with the Money Loaned to me: $9500 will pay off, $7400 CITI loan with a 24% interest rate and $2000 will go towards paying the rest of our wedding that is in October off. Here are my Monthly Financial Details: Monthly income after all taxes and deductions $2010 Spouse Income $1536 (this is the lowest a month she has ever made it varys as she is commisioned based) Total monthly family Income $3546 Mortgage/Rent: $850.00 Phone: $ 180.00 (includes 2 cell phones) Gas and electric: $ 140.00 Water: $ 40.00 Car Loan : $ 270.00 Food: $ 250.00 Cable/Internet: $ 65.00 Clothing, expenses for children, etc. $ 236.00 (daycare) Insurance: 150.00 a month Credit cards and loans that won't be paid off with my Prosper loan: (Which eventually with obtaining a first prosper loan and proving that I do pay on time I would like to consolidate the below in another loan except for the two I have outlined to pay off when I get taxes back in March.) Wamu card: $100.00 a month Balance: $4600 Jc Penney: $70 a month Balance:$1300.00 (paying off this tax year) HSBC card:$30.00 a month Balance: $1700.00 (paying off this tax year) ESL Loans: $340.00 a month Balance: $9000.00 (previous debt consolidation) Chase: $150.00 a month Balance: $6400.00 Total Monthly Expenses : $2871.00 I will have $675 left to make the payments on my Prosper loan. Closing Remarks to Lenders: As you can see, I am a good candidate because I just need a little help with cutting down payments. I need to raise my score and pay down these loans so in 3 years when these are gone I can move my family into a home for life!! And not wait for 7 years till they are gone! What stinks is that there is a state max of 16% which minus fees only ends up being 12.84% I am more than willing to pay up to 17% but state max wont allow it. I just need someone to give me a chance and to see I pay bills on time every month with no DQ's ever! Thanks for taking the time and understanding. |
