Hi and thanks to all who consider this loan. The main goal of this loan is to payoff revolving credit card debt. I believe doing so will raise my credit scores which, in turn, will allow me to refinance a high interest mortgage to a lower interest rate. The overall goal is to reduce my monthly outgo and return my finances to a more conservative debt-to-income ratio and a healthy bottom line that allows room for savings and investments. Some of the reasons I believe I am a good candidate for this loan include the fact that I have been employed in the same field for over 20 years and I have been a homeowner for the past 14 years. Unfortunately, due to student loans and trying to help my kids get a headstart in life, I relied too heavily on revolving credit card debt.
