Purpose of loan:

I will use $10K of this loan and apply it as a down payment on a house for me and my son, part of this loan to pay off my first Prosper loan and the rest of my debt (around $4K total), and then make some upgrades for my business- www.jfiproductions.com- My main goal is a down payment, on a RTO or REO house for my child.

My financial situation:

I am a great candidate because I am a very honest and caring person, and I understand that this loan is coming from normal people like myself. I am not sure of the HR rating (should be at least a D or E) as I have been paying weekly on all of my debt. Just check my first Prosper loan 100% on time at 13 months.

I have been working for a temp service- Adecco for about 4 months at the Nestle/Arrowhead bottling plant in Cabazon, California. I have been making $13 an hour. I have been assured that I will be hired on in early February and I will be earning an extra $3 dollars an hour (from $13 to $16) plus this spring I will start getting 4 hours of overtime a day. $16 X 40=$640- plus the over time. $24 (time and a half) X 20 hours (4 hours a day) =$480- That will be just about $1100 a week. Luckily, I am also supposed to start the day shift soon- 6am-2:30pm. When spring comes I will still be home by 6:45pm- I only drive 7 minutes to work.

Plus I just signed a contract (12/07) for a TV producer out of Florida to video edit a TV series that airs in Florida and Alabama- Community Central TV- this will also bring in up to $2500 per month. Even with working 12 hours a day at my normal job, this project will only take a few hours to complete each episode with several days to work to complete (my day(s) off).

The equipment that I would like to purchase will bring in a minimum of $1-5K per project and I will use $1K of this loan get several years membership to Procure a Pro, and GURU where I can apply and land high end video projects. I am looking at multiple HD cameras with the ability to edit HD while taping (multi switching). I am always getting calls from local colleges and schools that are looking for these types of services, but I always had to turn them down due to the equipment that I have been using. I have a few projects in the works, with a few local stations interested, but I just can?t shoot them with home video cameras. First thing I plan to do is tape a 5-10 minute demo so I can present it to the local news paper and the main plant manager at Nestle and maybe get corporate sponcership for a local program.

Monthly net income: $
Currently just my Addeco/Nestle income- $2080- by March-$2560 and by April/May- $4480 (OT) plus the income from the Community Central project. I have already started working 10-12 hours a day and soon our plant is expected to open a new line, so the overtime will be there. The opportunities that I have will allow me to better myself as well as better my son, and I hope I get the opportunity to pass along the good fortune.

Thank you for your consideration
