I am a college graduate with a BA in Economics from the University of California, Irvine. For the past 2 1/2 years I have been employed at an independent financial advising company in Newport Beach. I have my Series 7 and 66 licenses. I have made huge strides and plan to open my own investment advisory firm. I have expanded my role and am helping companies setup 401K and Profit Sharing plans.. My last loan was funded at a reasonable rate and I am happy to be part of my current group. I'm not sure about Prosper's credit system, but I am a member of American Express CreditSecure system which tracks scores from all 3 credit agencies on a monthly basis. My range is between 673-680 which places me right in the B-C group (evidence provided upon request). Also feel free to get into contact with my group leader if you should have any concerns or questions. I've moved up from an HR to a D. Loan Purpose As most of my family knows I have this "plan" for my life. I am finally in the process of making that happen. I will use this loan to consolidate existing debt (my original prosper loan) and for startup costs (computers, furniture, phones, etc). Amounts to be Paid: Prosper Loan: $4,000 Startup Costs: $7,500 Total: $11,500 Repayment For the last 2 1/2 years I have been working for an independent financial advising firm. Within the last 6 months I have been given salary increases up to $53,000 a year. I net $3,500 a month. I will continue to work the and receive income at my current job. With these figures I can pay back this Prosper loan in 3 years. Budget I have put together a monthly expenditure budget. As you can see since my last loan my expenditures have gone up. Rent: $850 Utilities: $100 Car: $365 Gas: $200 Credit Cards: $200 Cell Phone: $75 Food: $350 Insurance: $150 Prosper: $182 Misc Expenses: $300 Total: $2,775 The savings of about $700 each month goes right back into the startup costs and savings fund. While I am anxious to start my own business I definitely need to have a safety net. I believe Prosper has afforded me greater opportunities to achieve ultimate success. The reason I like Prosper is that it allows you to tell your own personal story. |
