Hello and thank you for viewing my listing.

--> I'm a father and a husband.  My wife and I have been married now for four years and have a beautiful baby girl named Brook.  We're expecting a new baby boy in a couple months and we can hardly wait.  I've been a Paramedic for 10 years and love what I do. I love to fish and camp and spend time with my family.  My baby girl and wife are my world.  Unfortunately I was married before and a divorce caused my credit to be impacted in a negative way.  It's been 5 years since my BK and I'm hoping with paying off my credit cards, it will improve my score a little more to help my wife and I be able to purchase our first home.  I want to pay off debt and start fresh and I hope you can help me achieve my goal.

--> I?ve been with my job for 10 years.  I?ve had some hardships in the past due to a divorce which caused me to have to file for bankruptcy. It?s been 5 years since my BK and I?ve managed to pay my bills on time.  There?s still a couple things on my credit I would like to pay off that were not included on my BK. There is also a Tax Lien listed on my credit as well that has been taken care of as of April 2007.  When my ex and I divorced, she was awarded the house in the divorce settlement.  She was supposed to take over payments on the house as well as take care of the taxes, in which she failed to do.  This is what caused the tax lien to be placed on my credit.  As of May 2007, I have mailed a copy of my divorce settlement to Experian, Equifax and Transunion indicating this information and I was advised the tax lien would be removed.

I will use this prosper loan to pay off the following:
$114.57 -  Current monthly loan payment (prosper) NEVER LATE
$365.00 ? First Premier Credit Card (Wife?s Card)
$400.00 ? HSBC Credit Card (Wife?s Card)
$696.00 ? Capital One Auto Finance (Make an extra car payment)
-------

My current monthly net income is $4500.00
Here's my monthly budget with the prosper loan in place:
$875.00 - Mortgage
$150.00 - Electricity
$164.00 ?Telephone, Cable, and Internet included (make one payment for all with Time Warner Cable)
$696.00 - Car Payment
$115.00 - Insurance
$200.00 - Gas
$200.00 - All credit cards will be paid off with loan
$200.00 - Groceries
$150.00 - recreation
--------------
$2750.00 - total monthly expenditures
After loan and paying off ALL credit cards,   I'm going to be setting this money aside for the purchase of our first home.  My wife and I are going to be buying a new home in the next few months and want to make sure we have this money for any costs we may incure.  I currently have a loan with prosper and have NEVER been late.  I am going to continue to have Prosper automatically withdraw my payments each month so that everyone, including myself, knows that my payment will be made on time, every time. I?m not about to make a mistake with this opportunity to start rebuilding my credit.
Thank you again for viewing my listing and God bless.
