Sorry for cancelling the first listing.  My group emailed me and said that having a picture would be much more marketable than having none at all.  I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.  Please email me if you have ANY questions!

My husband and I are using Prosper again for a multi-purpose loan.  We have many other options to obtain funding including an open line of credit with our bank, a margin loan from our brokerage firm, or by selling our stock and mutual fund investments.  However, we were so happy with our first loan with Prosper, we thought we would do it again!

We will use the funding for a number of things.

1. We will be paying off my remaining revolving debt. ($4,500)
2. We will be using a portion to pay taxes for my speech pathology consulting business. ($5,500)
3. The remainder will be used to add some new speech software and equipment to my business to grow. ($4,650)

My husband and I are both young prefessionals (28 and 31), and we have great jobs in the healthcare and finance/accounting fields.  Our income is above average at over $180,000 and we have a good amount of assets for our age.

We have a humble home valued at $175k with $50K in current equity.
We own 80 acres of land outside of our town worth an appraised $7,000 per acre (not liquid)
We have over $125K in our retirement accounts. (not liquid)
We have a savings acount with $15,000.
We have a brokerage account with $65,000 in mutual funds.
We save over $2500 per month in discretionary income.

We are both extremely responsible, and neither of us have EVER missed a payment on anything.
Thanks for looking in and we look forward to helping some individuals earn some better than average interest!

Thanks for looking and thanks for bidding!
