    I am again in need of financial assistance and am hoping the lenders of Prosper can help me once more.  Since my last loan with Prosper I have closed all but 4 credit card accounts which I have made timely payments on.  However since the Holiday season I find that I have max'ed out all my cards and am faced with requesting for assistance in repayment of these debts.

    I have been a borrower of Prosper since 2006 and have missed only one payment due to my neglect in correctly adding and changing a new bank account to from which to draw funds from.  When I found out that payment was not made I quickly went online to see what the problem was and corrected it.  I immediately had that months payment made from my new bank account and have not missed another payment since then.

    Although people might say I make a good salary [2007 - $63,000; 2006 - $78,000; 2005 - $110,000] a decline in [overtime] hours along with monthly cost of a mortgage, association dues, car loan and insurance, and the fact that price of almost everything has gone up and my monthly take home is less, I find myself in dire need of assistance.

    I stress to the lenders of Prosper that I will not ever default on this loan or on my first.  I am very lucky to know that strangers are able and willing to help others in need and I can not ever let these people down.  With the faith and trust you are willing to help me with I will not break my promise to repay this loan.

    This loan will be paid off monthly at the set due amount on time, on schedule, and at the terms agreed.  I promise this to you.
