I am a professional female who wants to consolidate bills and pay them off within three years. My husband and I own our own home in San Jose, California and an apartment four plex in San Francisco, California. I do not want to refinance because I want to pay off the debt as quickly as possible. I am willing to pay maximum rate to get the bills paid off. In the last five years, I have over extended my credit. I have used credit to remodel my home and pay for college education for my daughter. I have always paid my bills. I have never defaulted on a loan. I do not want to use credit cards anymore. (which is why I want to consolidate my bills so that I can pay off the debt as quickly as possible) My budget totals approximately 8600.00 a month.
