A little bit about myself; I have worked in the insurance/contracting business for 8 years. I review and write comparison contractor repair bids for various insurance carriers. It is my job to make sure the contractor is not overbidding, or in some cases underbidding, his work. My husband is a biotoxicity lab manager making sure that Georgia?s waters are safe for consumption. I can't begin to explain what this entails as I, unlike my husband, am not the least bit science minded. However, that suits us just fine as we seem to compliment each other very well. My husband has excellent credit and has never missed a payment nor made a late payment. He takes financial responsibility very seriously and fortunately for me, this has begun to rub off. I wish I had met him sooner and maybe I could have avoided some of the many adolescent financial decisions I made in the past. Alas, I am an adult now and I am wholly accountable for my actions and there is nothing to be gained from excuses. I can not take back the errors I have made. However, I can look back on them as a learning experience while maintaining the determination not to repeat them. If granted, this would be my second loan with Prosper. My first loan account was well maintained and all payments made in full and on time. |
