Hi! The initial loan I have with prosper changed my situation...and I am still seeing the benefits. I am back again to make an improving situation even better.

I am a professional, divorced mom of an amazing 11 year old. I have had a very successful career in media sales and began a new job about 20 months ago in sports marketing. My annual salary is $50,000 and as I was in the top 5% of sales people in 2007, my commission structure has changed and I am now paid my commissions up front.

I came to Prosper earlier this year to clear up some collection accounts that I found out about when I went to refinance my home. My husband had left two credit cards and several utilities in collection and somehow they ended up effecting my credit. I also had a few medical bills from a brief (but expensive! even with my excellent insurance!) hospital stay in 2006. Those have all been paid in full as well.

I also used Prosper monehy to hire a lawyer to increase my child support (which I was entitled to) and work out a repayment plan with my high earning ex husband. It all ended amicably, He is repaying the debts to me and one creditor and the child support has been increased. Every collection account and the judgement that has affected my credit is being removed. I have an attorney following up with letters to insure this is done quickly. My credit score should increase substantially when these accounts are removed.

I am now modifying my home loan. I was one of those adversely affected by the ARM loans but was smart enough to have made my payments on time and lucky enough - though I didn't purposefully take the chance on this being the case - that my home is in a very desirable school district and near a new retail development and it actually did go up in value.

I need this loan for the following.
To settle a final lawyers fee and to pay my property taxes. The modification is smarter than a refinance at this point. I will refinance when all is removed frm my credit. My finance company takes my good payment history into account and since I have proof off all collection accounts being paid....I can modify now. They are asking that I pay off my taxes to elminate part of the escrow...issues with it being incorrectly calculated because of a change in property taxes have caused ti to show late.

I have worked very hard to clear up all of these problems and am sleeping much better at night knowing that there is an end in sight! This loan would clear up EVERYTHING. I have a perfect payment history with prosper and will continue that with this loan.

My monthly bills are as follows:
Mortgage and Insurance: $1300
Car & Insurance: $560
Utilities: $450
Cell Phone: $200
Internet & Cable: $70
Credit Cards $60 (less than $300 on these)
Prosper bill $250
TOTAL BILLS: $2890

My income is as follows:
Monthly salary NET: $3050
Average monthly commission - $900-3500+ (since I work in sports marketing...seasons have ALOT to do with myi
ncome. MLBaseball is the largest by far.)
Expenses & Mileage: $750 (includes cell phone, internet & mileage)
Child Support: $675
Repayment plan ordered by court from ex husband - $150 month
TOTAL INCOME: $5525-8125

My loan payments have been consistently on time. I am comfortable taking this loan because my I have also earned an increase in commission level and payout timeline .The sales I have already booked for 2008 are over $55,000 and I have over $1.2 million in pending business. In this type of  position, which i have worked in for years, the first year (especially when you are as affected by the seasons of NHL, NFL and MLB sports as we are) is a ramp up time and my income as always gone up the second year...many years it more than doubled.

Thank you for your consideration.
