The main purpose of this loan request to buy some equipment for my startup business and consolidate some high interest credit card debt. My business is a software development company focusing on automation solutions for the real estate market. We are reaching the end of production on the software suite and need some server equipment to run final testing on before deployment. I also have a full time job at a document processing tech company where I am a department head. I manage 8 employees and enjoy my work very much. I have taken one previous loan out on Prosper and paid it without any issues with no late payments. My credit grade was a D back then and now it has risen to a C! Slowly but surely bringing it up. My credit grade is lower because I'm young and the lines of credit that I do have open have been open for a relatively short time. I have always paid all of my bills on time and have never been delinquent on any account. My earnings are between $2000 and $2500 per month. Here is a breakdown of my monthly financial responsibilities: Rent: $300 Utilities: $100 Car Insurance: $85 (I own my car and do not have payments) Food/Gas: $300 Credit Cards: $350 --------------------------------- Total Monthly Expenses: $1135 I will have at least $865 left to make the payment on my Prosper Loan. In closing, I'm a very motivated and dedicated person. I have never had a late payment and don't intend to, as building my credit score up now will definitely help me in the future.
