I just received my Real Estate License in April of this year after spending 20 years in the funeral business. I believe that my experience in helping people over the years will greatly benefit me in my new profession. Since I started working in April, I have listed five homes and have closed on one. The purpose of this loan is to help cover expenses and debts incurred in getting started in business and to help set up an office in my home. I want an office in my home because I can get more accomplished at home than at an office with other agents. My Broker has over 20 years experience in the Real Estate business and has been very helpful to me in getting started. I am working in an area where I am known due to the time I spent in the funeral business and I believe that will help me also. I would appreciate your consideration for this loan. |
