Purpose of loan: This loan will be used for home improvements to ready our home for sale on March 1st. We will be redoing drywall, painting the house, pressure washing the deck, fixing some flashing, updating appliances, buying window treatments, etc. My financial situation: I have lived in the home for over 20 years and thus have considerable equity. We will be selling the house for $20k below market price so that we can sell quickly and move into a new house in the country. This loan will be paid off as soon as the house sells. We are on a great street that overlooks all of Cincinnati and with an agressive price our house will sell quickly. There is over $50k in equity in the home and thus will have plenty of money left over to pay off the loan. I have great credit and have never been late on a payment. FYI- This loan was listed last week and finsished at 10.25%. It had to be relisted because i had not yet verified my address becuase I just signed up last week and did not receive the postcard. All my initial registration is now complete. Thanks for rebidding. |
