Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to pay off outstanding credit cards, american general and to also pay for an attorney to get visitation rights to my 4 month old grandson. My grandsons mother moved out of my sons residence in October using my vehicle and promising me I will be able to see him when I want... Since the move I was visitng about once a week and then at the end of November that all ended the Mother told me if I want to see my grandson take her to court. That is what I am doing. I love my grandson very much and miss him greatly. I had a baby shower for her and helped a lot during the pregnancy and her complications and now I am not able to see my grandson.. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because I currently just received a promotion to Manager our findlay ohio store and will beging doing that on Saturday January 12. This promotion also comes with a 5000 salary increase for a year. Plus bonuses... I have been trying to pay down my current debts and gain financial stability. but this little set back with the impending court case throws a damper on the situation.
