Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to build and new porch on the front of our home. We have owned this house for 7 years and have remodeled 75% of it on our own. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because my wife and I have a great work ethic. We both are in great positions in our own fields. After completing a tour in the Army I have been a Licensed Sign Specialist working at the same job for nearly 14 years. My wife has a great job in the County Government where she has worked for the past two years. We pay our debts in a very timely manner. Could easily get this loan from our bank....but simply wanted to give this a try. We have both researched peer to peer lending after hearing so much about it on CNN Financial.
