Purpose of loan: Happy New Year to every member of my Prosper Family. Last year, I came to you for a home improvement loan because we needed to make improvements to our home to enable us to increase the value and refinance before June 2008. Yes, our ARM kicks in June. You funded my loan in 1 day. A million thanks. Because of your faith in me I have made sure that I am religiously paying back the loan. Since my loan, we have built a huge deck, biggest in the sub-division, (picture enclosed), finished the basement, and the updated the kitchen. The home improvement is almost finished except for a room that I ripped out the floor to enable me to put in a new wooden floor. But I have completely run out of money. When you encounter a problem in life, you first run to your family for help. This is why I am coming to my prosper family first for a $8,500 loan to enable us finish the home improvement project that you helped us start. I have to get this done as soon as possible so that we can refinance before June when our ARM kicks in. Please help us finish the project that you started. We refuse to lose our home. My financial situation: I hold an MBA degree and own a janitorial franchise. I have been in the janitorial business for over 8 years. With the assistance of my wife, we have built our business from a $48,000 per annum to a Quarter of a Million Dollar business in less than 4 years. We can easily increase our gross income from the business if we want to but the Quality of our work is so vey important to us that we do not want to grow too fast and face the possibility of compromising on Quality. My wife and I both supervise our work personally. We presently 6 great part-time employees who get paid on time everytime. I pay my bills, not on time but early. When I get this loan, I will authorize that the repayment be deducted from my checking account days before the due date.
