We have already secured $20,000 in startup funds, however due to higher than expected application volume we have decided to complete additional construction to our 1,200 sq. ft. indoor multi-purpose room. These funds will be used to install new HVAC equipment and drywall in this room My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because my wife and I have a solid business plan and have been organizing and planning the opening of this business for over 6 months. We both have secure jobs and can make the payment on this loan even without revenue from the business. We also have solid credit, liquidable assets and cash reserves. We have also negotiated 12 months of no payments with the purchase of the building to ensure the business is successful.
