Just about me: I am a 41 year old single mom I have been working on my credit since 1998 I am a real estate agent and loan broker. I have not been late on any payments for 6 years. I have a good income and can afford to pay this payment for the loan. I need to pay down one credit card to help my score the balance is 5000.00 then the rest to do some advertising for my Mortgage Company. My credit score is decieving because when I bought my first income property in 2000 it was through a private party lender and the mortgage payments never were counted on my credit report. That would have helped my score alot and with that I would be in the 600s easy because I was never late. I am very responsible since the birth of my son and have educated myself on the needs of good credit please consider my loan. thank-you |
