THIS IS IDENTICAL TO MY LAST LISTING. I HAD TO WITHDRAWL IT SO THAT I COULD JOIN A GROUP. THANKS. Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to consolidate credit cards and lower my utilization percentage. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because as you can see I have NEVER missed a payement on anything. While Prosper lists me as a C, presumably this is because I have a high utilization. But the truth is, this is really driven by my small credit lines. My alternative to the Prosper Loan is to ask for credit limit increases. But, I would like to avoid that, as I would also really like to make just one payment (hopefully at a lower rate of interest than my cards). I am a teacher, so my income isn't particularly high, but as you can see my credit history is unblemished. Monthly net income: $ 1,940 Monthly expenses: $ 1,565 Housing: $ 300 (my portion of shared) Insurance: $ 120 Car expenses: $200 Utilities: $ 180 (my portion of shared) Phone, cable, internet: $60 (my portion of shared) Food, entertainment: $ 200 Clothing, household expenses $100 Credit cards and other loans: $ 405 PLEASE NOTE: This Prosper Loan will actually INCREASE my monthly cash flow. This is because my net outlays for credit card expense that would be eliminated exceed the expected monthly Prosper Payment amount. I am willing to answer all questions from Lenders. |
