We have relisted this loan hopefully this time we will provide enough financial information .We first asked for 8,800 which is what we thought we needed .(guesstimate!)  I also went with the highest interst rate for our state.

My husband Greg is employed  as an Executive Director with the YMCA he has been there b since Dec 03.Prior to that he worked with the Sheriffs Youth Ranch for 6 Yrs.Prior to that he was also with the YMCA for a combined of 12 yrs.He has gone from making 36,000 3 yrs ago  to 65,200.

Before I list our debts and income Id like to share a story about us.When I was pregnant with our son I had a very high risk pregnancy with complications. Our son had a high risk condtion called hydrochephaly(fluid on the brain) He was  delivered 6 weeks early.Shortly after his birth  we learned he has trisomy 21 (down syndrome)The medical bills forced us to file bankrupt in 03.

One good thing I need to point out is , most of our bad debt right now is medical bills. However as of April this year our son has qualified for long term care for children with disabilites. He has full medical insuranace and we do not have to worry about hopsital bills they cover 100%. It was a hard  fight to get his disabilty insurnace but we fought for him and advocated for him and we won :)

I wont sit here and say we never used a credit card or department charge card, because we have, but when we did we paid them on time, but when things got out of our means to pay we had to file theand we "pay" for it everyday in our credit.

We arent the kind of people who go out and buy things just to buy but when it came to our son and supporting our family we had to do what we had to do, hence the reason im here now.It is a dream for us to own a home  and since we arent gettign any younger, we need to get some things cleared off our credit.I realize things wont just go away over night, but I also know that a "paid" negative on my credit will look much better than  unpaid.

Feel free to ask any questions.Although im not proud of being HR, truth is thats what we are and we really want to fix it.We have  applied for some loans lately but of course they have been denied but im stubborn and ownt give up.

I have learned from reading other stories and from reading lenders replies that total honesty is the best way to go....We know our credit is pretty much trash right now, however we are so serious on rebuiling it that we are willign to do what we need to do to do so

I hope this at least gives an explanation as to how we got where we are...We werent just sitting back spending up bills and not paying them, we felt there was nothing we could do at the time and now we are ready to work our way out. Thanks for reading .
