Purpose of loan: This is a re-listing. Thanks to everyone who bid on the other loan and I hope that you will consider bidding on this loan as well.I have decided to increase the interest rate and hopefully generate more bids! This loan will be used to consolidate and pay off high interest credit cards. These credit cards were mostly used for educational expenses such as books and automobile costs while in college. I am still furthering my education but now I have 2 good paying jobs and extra income from two rental units that I own, so I would like to get rid of these credit cards. After this credit card debt is payed off I would like to become a lender on Prosper! Thanks for considering my loan! The public record listed is an old chapter 7 from my younger and more foolish days (year 2000) and the DQ is part of the bankruptcy. I got some bad advice from an attorney. I have not been late or missed a payment since then and I own a house and an income property now :) My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because I have steady income derived from a full-time position and a part-time position as a registered nurse as well as income derived from two rental units every month. My stated income above only includes the salary that I earn.
