Purpose of Loan: Get back on track after neck injury My financial situation: When it rains, it pours!!! After getting everything caught up and settled before my last prosper loan, everything fell apart when I got hurt. I just spent 12 weeks recovering from 3 herniated discs in my neck, which forced me to give up my second job! Now I'm back at work and trying to catch up. Before My last loan I had worked out repayment schedules with my creditors to bring everything current and pay them off. All of the plans were contingent on me not missing any payments. Since I had to give up my second job while I recovered from my herniated disks in my neck, my income was reduced while I was sick by $1000 a month. Now I?m behind in 2 of the loans I worked out payment plans for and I need to catch them up!! The Americash and Cashcall loans were to keep things from getting worse and I would like to make them go away!!! What I plan to do with this loan is catch my 2 delinquent loans up, payoff Cashcall, Americash, CapitalOne and the hospital. This will free up more than enough to pay the prosper loan. My monthly budget: Net Monthly Income: $5000.00 Current budget: Mortgage: $635.00 Home Equity: $235.00 Utilities/etc: $600.00 (includes electric, gas, water, phone, trash and garbage) Insurance: $150.00 Food/trans/etc: $800.00 Secured Loan: $500.00 [payoff in March 2008] Car: $385.00 HFC: $250.00 [Delinquent $1100.] Chase Visa: $175.00 [12.0%] Chase MasterCard: $105.00 [29.9% delinquent $950] Circuit City: $90.00 [30.9%] Capital One MasterCard: $25.00 [29.9% $700] Prosper Loan: $327.00 CashCall Loan: $216.00 [balance $2000] Americash Loan: $239.00 [balance $1800] Hospital bill: $175 (balance $1000.00] ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Total monthly expenses: $4897.00 Here is the budget I will have with the new prosper loan: Mortgage: $635.00 Home Equity: $235.00 Utilities/etc: $600.00 Insurance: $150.00 Food/trans/etc: $800.00 Secured Loan: $500.00 Car: $385.000 HFC: $250.00 Chase Visa: $175.00 Chase MasterCard: $105.00 Current Prosper Loan $327.00 New Prosper Loan $300.00 (could be less, depending on final interest rate) ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Total monthly expenses: $4442.00 The current mortgage and Home equity loan on my house combined have a balance of $121,000 and the house appraised in 2006 at $139,000.
