Purpose of Loan:
Get back on track after neck injury

My financial situation:
When it rains, it pours!!! After getting everything caught up and settled before my last prosper loan, everything fell apart when I got hurt. I just spent 12 weeks recovering from 3 herniated discs in my neck, which forced me to give up my second job! Now I'm back at work and trying to catch up.
Before My last loan I had worked out repayment schedules with my creditors to bring everything current and pay them off. All of the plans were contingent on me not missing any payments. Since I had to give up my second job while I recovered from my herniated disks in my neck, my income was reduced while I was sick by $1000 a month. Now I?m behind in 2 of the loans I worked out payment plans for and I need to catch them up!! The Americash and Cashcall loans were to keep things from getting worse and I would like to make them go away!!!
What I plan to do with this loan is catch my 2 delinquent loans up, payoff Cashcall, Americash, CapitalOne and the hospital. This will free up more than enough to pay the prosper loan.

My monthly budget:
Net Monthly Income: $5000.00

Current budget:
Mortgage: $635.00
Home Equity: $235.00
Utilities/etc: $600.00 (includes electric, gas, water, phone, trash and garbage)
Insurance: $150.00
Food/trans/etc: $800.00
Secured Loan: $500.00 [payoff in March 2008]
Car: $385.00
HFC: $250.00 [Delinquent $1100.]
Chase Visa: $175.00 [12.0%]
Chase MasterCard: $105.00 [29.9% delinquent $950]
Circuit City: $90.00 [30.9%]
Capital One MasterCard: $25.00 [29.9% $700]
Prosper Loan: $327.00
CashCall Loan: $216.00 [balance $2000]
Americash Loan: $239.00 [balance $1800]
Hospital bill: $175 (balance $1000.00]
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Total monthly expenses: $4897.00

Here is the budget I will have with the new prosper loan:
Mortgage: $635.00
