My state of Texas only allows a 17% max interest or I would pay more. I am a 46 year old male born & raised in San Antonio Texas. I am the owner of San Antonio Roofing Company and The Roofing Company which I started in Jan. 1984. With 24+ years in business my company has earned a 5 star rating on (Angles List) as well as other internet driven contractor sites. We are licensed & insured with a perfect reputation. We are also members of the BBB in perfect standing. Please check it out. Most of our business has come from word of mouth and some direct marketing. I'm going to expand my company into Metal Roofing and need to do more some more direct marketing. 2 months direct marketing campain cost is $1,100.00. I used the 1st loan for advertising direct and it was a success. I have 4 roofing crews working with the company ready to handle a higher volume of business. My main crew has been with me for 18+ years which is very rare. I take care of my employees. I had to file Bankruptcy over 7 years ago due to about $60,000.00 in losses from contracts defaulted on by a local realtor managing properties my company re-roofed. As a result I no longer provide services to realtors only private home owners. Additionally I recently divorced without kids (The Little girls in the picture are my Grandchildren) I rased the little one myself. I rented out my home & I have moved into an apartment with rent of only $450.00. My credit rating went down to (HR) Because my old Mortgage Company is still reporting a $99,000.00 open Mortgage that was paid off 2 years ago when My home was refinanced. My debt to income ratio is only 14% so the ability to pay back a loan of this kind will be easy to handle. My credit scores also went down because my mortgage company took 3 months to modify my mortgage loan terms and would not take my payments during that time. I'm getting that straight on my credit reports but as we all know it takes some time to get them to do anything to help you. I only have 2 credit cards and 1 gas card with low limits to help increase my credit scores. I have paid these cards on time for the past 3 years. There are also 2 credit cards showing on my credit for about $4000.00 that are not mine. It will take 30-60 days to get those removed from my report.
