This loan will be used to reinvest in Prosper. I have been a Prosper lender for one year. I currently have a diverse portfolio of active loans earning an average interest rate of 18.46%. Since joining this site, I have come to realize the power of peer to peer lending. I also see many loans that should get funded - but don't. With this loan, I will help to boost the collective working capital of the Prosper community. My financial situation: I used to have poor credit, but have worked very hard for the past 10 years to build it back up. I am not about to let it slide again. I am financially stable. I own my own fine art restoration business, I own a duplex that I live in - I rent out the other unit. My rental income covers over two thirds of my mortgage (including my taxes and insurance). My car is paid for and I barely use credit cards. I live well below my means and have no dependants - except the dog. Thank you for considering my loan. Best of luck in your Prosper future. |
