This loan is being RELISTED. I verified my home ownership but it won't show up unless I relist. Thus, I'm sorry to those who bid on the old loan and would graciously request you bid on this loan in exchange. Thank you for your time and consideration. Purpose of loan: I am currently asset rich and temporarily cash poor. I have over 400K in assets between my home and numerous vehicles. I have many of my vehicles currently for sale and do not wish to dump them at below market values. This loan is to help correctly transition the assets into cash. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because, A. I am asset rich. B. I have run my own company for 12 years and am heading into my busy season. C. Even with running my own business I have a great credit rating. D. I have a great family in a great house in a great location and will not do anything to jeopardize that. E. I have a 2 million dollar life insurance policy so that in the event of my untimely death your loan will still be repaid. |
