Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to Open a Day Spa. I have all the equipment paid for in cash. All renovations on commercial space paid and in progress. It is an older building and I need another 6,000 for electricians to upgrade all the wiring in the building space and attach a 200 amp service on the back of the building. We offer Massage Therapy, Oxygen Bar, UVA Tanning, European Body Wrapping and Detox, and color light therapy. I will be able to repay this loan in months not years. I am a business Women and a low risk to a lender. FYI: so there are no surprises I did file for bankruptcy in 07 because I could not get rid of my ex husbands bad debt showing on my credit. I tried for years to raise my scores and just now that I have those off my credit is improving. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because? I have recovered financially since my divorce. My Car is paid for and all of my Day Spa equipment I paid cash for. I have spent around 50,000 cash to open this spa. I owned one before my divorce and was very successful. I know marketing and am a fantastic sales specialist. I have been at my current Medical Recruiting job for eight years and make between 50K and 100K per year. I have a few glitches on my credit and am quickly getting them resolved. some things don't come off after a divorce but I am confident I will have my scored up to 750 by next year. I have been a success in every business venture I have worked in and the Day Spa is my way of hitting the 300,000 income per year mark that is my goal. I have no expenses on the Spa accept this small loan I am requesting. The rent on my Retail Space is only 750 month for 1200 Sq. Ft. I can make that much in 3 hours upon opening.
