I am a single Dad, widowed for the past 11 years. I have two children and my son needs a surgery to correct his jaw alignment. The surgery itself is taken care of by Shriner's Hospital in Chicago, however my son will require a lot of care after the surgery and the costs will be left up to me. I have always paid my bills and credit on time. My daughter, Anne, is 19 years old and is a sophomore in college. My son, Matthew, is almost 17 years old and is a junior in high school. I am very grateful that Shriner's Hospital has given us the opportunity to fix my son's jaw. It is been a problem for him all his life due to the fact that he has had problems eating, talking, and sleeping ever since he was little. I want the best for both my children and taking care of my son after his surgery will require extra help. Now its a year later and my son requires a second surgery. His upper jaw was split, spread, and braced and has healed completely. Now his surgeons will remove a slice of bone from his lower to shorten and angle it properly. His mouth will be wired for 4 to 5 weeks. I have scheduled in-home care and a school tutor after surgery for him. I just need some help here. I plan to get after repaying early like I did the first loan. Thank you Prosper and lenders, both. |
