Loan Request I need to borrow for attorney fees. I currently have a prosper loan and pay well. I am a good candidate for funding. Please consider me. Attorney Fees - $3,000 I will be able to pay back the loan without a problem. Monthly Income (after taxes): $3,200.00 Mortgage: $1101.87 Food: $500.00 Credit Cards: $150.00 ProsperL $198.00 Utilities (Monthly): $300.00 As you can see, I have $950.13 left over every month, excluding this payment. The monthly payment will not be a problem. The work below has been finished and I am currently living in the house with my son when I have him. I am in the process of filing with the courts to gain more time with my son. Funds for attorney fees is needed badly. Background: After 9 years of marriage, 3 days after our first child was born, my ex-wife decides she is unhappy, packs up and moves back home with her mom and dad to North Georgia. Then comes the divorce and due to being awarded 95% of all marital debt, yep, bankruptcy. I carried our marital debt for over a year before getting so overwhelmed and filing. Prior to this my credit score was perfect, able to buy and do almost anything. Ex and I lived in South Metro Atlanta. I decide my kid is where I need to be so I started looking immediately for housing in the area. Lucky for me I find a house on their same street as my ex-wifes family.
