Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to add a patio room to my home, similar to the one pictured, so I can take advantage of the expansive back yard and give protection from the elements and relief from the afternon sun. I would expect the increased value of the property to "catch up" or recover the cost of the improvements in 2 - 3 years.
