My name is Anthony [LAST NAME DELETED]. I'm 19 years old and finally getting started with my life but I need a little help. I just purchased a 5 bedroom 1700 sq. ft. home on a land contract and I rent 4 of the bed rooms out to college students whom all have jobs and parents to help them if they need it. Right now I'm making enough that I live for free and don't need an actual 9-5 job. Since I don't need to have a job to pay my bills I have the excellent opportunity of using my time to start a computer company. Right now I only do custom computer systems and computer repair and only sell 1-2 systems a month but I'm working on expanding into other areas to make it a full-time business. I'm working on a website to help promote my company and to also have an online store. I really like real estate so besides expanding my computer company I am going to buy the house next door. I am going to live in the 2nd house and rent the extra room and my old room out. I already have 2 people that are staying in the living room paying me $100 a month each instead of $440 which is what everyone else pays. Currently I'm making $1960 and as soon as I get the second house I will be making $2640. Taxes, insurance, cable, phone, internet, payment, garbage, sewer, water, electricity, gas, basically everything is only $1000 per house. The reason I want the second house so badly is because I'm getting married in spring of 2006 and I will need the house for us to start our lives together. Here is my problem. I need $4500 for the 10% down payment of the house. Besides that I need to expand my computer company. And lastly I need to pay off the debt that ruined my credit which is $4500. I can't get the house until I repay that. I also want to expand my computer company thru advertising and for that I need another $3000. I will easily be able to repay this because my monthly expenses(including repayment of this loan) are all taken care of from renting the houses. All money I make from the computer company will be for expanding the company even further. Right now I make $200-$400 a month from the computer company which is only doing about 5 hours of work purely on word of mouth advertising. The other time I have I spend researching business, building the website for the company, and working on perfecting my business plan. As soon as I get my name out there I will very easily quadruple my business. The reason I don't have a job is because I easily can make more money doing what I'm doing I just need a little help to get started. Plus its a lot easier to start a business at 19 rather than trying it when I'm 30 with kids and a wife to support. I am also starting with my state maximum for interest rates which is 24%. I just really need this and will do whatever it takes. I also included a picture of the house I am buying. |
