Why risk investing in non-AA rated loans? For many investors ? it is simply NOT worth it.  

Many investors -and now banks- have all too often lost their $$$ trying to chase an extra 1 or 2% in returns. For many investors, the additional risk is simply not worth it.  

Earn a great rate at a AA rating by funding this loan.  

Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to reinvest in other creditworthy Prosper loans. My AA credit rating and professional experience provide me a unique opportunity to successfully navigate the complexities of risk to be able to generate above average returns at below-average risk.  

Here?s a simple example of how the proceeds of the loan will be used:  

• I receive funding at, let?s say, 9%
• I successfully loan to other prosper borrowers and, after defaults and late payments earn 11%
• I pay annual interest income to my lenders of $450
• I earn $100 in net interest income per year on the $5,000 invested.  

This is only possible because of my AA credit rating and 760+ credit score, (which enables me to borrow at a lower interest rate) and my professional financial experience (which enables me to successfully invest at a higher rate).   This loan will be paid on time and in full? I will not jeopardize my excellent credit rating.

My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because of my excellent credit rating and professional experience. I am married, have 2 kids and a dog, own my own home and started my own successful financial-related business.

• I have started this loan auction at a relatively high rate with the expectation the rate will be bid down through the auction process to under 9%.
• The loan repayments will be automatically funded to / from my checking account.
