Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to help finance a commercial real estate deal that my new investment company will be purchasing. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because I am a financially responsible saver and am now positioning myself to build a new investment business with limitless potential while continuing to work at my day job as a programmer (to pay the bills!) I don't have kids, credit card debt, or any loans other than my mortgage and plan to put 100% into making my new busines successful. |
